Please find it in the Video Catalog of Basic Training. Main Stances 'Zhan Zhuang' are Ma Bu, Gong Bu, Ding Zi Bu, Xu Bu, Wu Wei Bu, Jiao Cha Bu. Pick at least 3-4 stances in one workout. Set the timer to 1 minute for each posture. It's a daily routine! This is a progressive, long-term program needed to build up a solid foundation from beginner to intermediate level.
